MADIER was founded by French fragrance expert Damien Madier, whose passion for perfume was shaped by years of experience in the world of fine fragrance.

After more than a decade collaborating with perfume houses and brands across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, Damien developed a deep understanding of how scent influences emotion, memory, and identity.

His journey eventually led him to Australia, where he spent several years working with Native Australian essential oils and botanicals, introducing these unique ingredients to global beauty and FMCG companies. This experience inspired a new vision: combining the heritage of French perfumery with the character and spirit of modern Australia.

MADIER was born from this idea.

Before launching the collection, Damien conducted an extensive market study involving over 8,000 Australian consumers and more than 200 fragrance trials. From this research emerged seven distinctive fragrances, each carefully selected for its ability to resonate emotionally and leave a memorable impression.
